I just upgraded from 2012 to 2013 and I'm trying to get the component library set-up.  However everytime I try to add multiple components to the library I get the following error:

SQLite error

near "'Select * FROM Components WHERE upper(Name) = upper('":

syntax error

When I try to add a single component I get the following error:

InvalidArgument=Value of '0' is not for 'index'.

Parameter name index

I even tried having CircuitWorks build new components.  However, eventhough it builds the parts it keeps sending out an error that part couldn't be added to Library.

Any help would be appreciated.
