How do I change the email address listed under my account?
I cant seem to find it anywhere?!
Log in to your customer portal account. From there click on "My profile". There you would find the option to request for the change of email id and other information.
My current Email address is with the compnay I work for. Is it possiable to change just the email address and not mess up my subscription service?
Yes, please go to "My Profile" after you log into your customer portal on SolidWorks site and then click on the link as per picture.
Then request for the changes you need to do.
Okay so how about this. I somehow put an email address in that doesn't exist(I combined two that I had) SO I cant look at my profile until I activate it which I cant because I either don't have access to it(If it does exist) or it doesn't exist so I cant touch it. Anyway to change the email address without making a new account?
