Unusual Icon in Vault File

OK, I have seen files in the vault with the "+" for sharing. However, I now have a file (Word docm) that has an "!" in the icon. I have looked through the literature and have found nothing. What is it? I am assuming it has to do with the reason(s) I cannot delete the file as ADMIN as it indicates I do not have permissions. I think it might be an orphaned file. Any thoughts out there?

I think it is a macro enabled word document.

It's Microsoft's indicator the file has vba code embedded in it.
