Mmmmmmkay..........a bit confused.
Went into my part and changed the bend radius to 2 decimal places in all the pertinent bends. The drawing is stuck at 3 decimal places and I don't see how to change it. When I click on the dim, there is no decimal place option. Is there something in Doc Props that I'm not seeing?
Any help is appreciated! I don't want to break the parametricity (is that a word?) of the dims.

In the drawing go to Tools > Options > Document Properties > Units and change the decimal places.

That will change ALL the dimensions to 2 decimal places. I just want to change the bend radii. Is there a way to change just the bend radii?
I don't think you can control decimal places for bend notes. If there is a way then I'm not aware of that unless there is something to modify in the bend notes file.

You may manually overwrite that value if required but then associativty will go off
Yeah, that's what I did.
I see an Enhancement Request in my future! I can't see that 3 decimal places would be the norm with sheetmetal bend radii, but I can see that 2 is. Three is awfully precise for a bend radius, in my opinion. But I don't know much about sheetmetal.

Depends upon how thick your sheet is! In the typical sizes I use, it would be ducky. Silly for guys doing the big stuff, though. Certainly a case where one size definitely does not fit all. Silly SolidWorks!

I believe brake tooling is typically marked with 3 place dimensions .032, .062, .093, .125 etc. (At least at our shop it is....) Don't
know if that may have anything to do with it or not.

That setting mentioned is for the bend tables and not bend notes. At least that doesn't work for me for bend notes.
It works for the bend notes for me - I wish you luck.
Which version of SW you've tested it? Can you attach some sample files to compare?
I'm using 2017.
I did notice when I had it set at 2 decimal places, the .095 turned into .1 (not .10).
You can set your trailing zeros to SHOW if you want the .095 to show as .10
