I have multiple views on one sheet. They are overlapping and I can't pick the one I want. How do I adjust the view borders so I can trim the view and not select it by mistake?
You can't shrink the pink box. There have been several discussions here on the subject, and it is a much-requested enhancement.
And I believe what Tony was referring to was locking the view focus so that the desired drawing view will remain active and you won't select one of the over-lapping views by mistake.
In the feature manager you can select your view and lock focus.
Nope, I don't think that is it.
I want to shrink the pink box down over the right hand detail view.
As far as I know, you can't shrink it.
Boo! That is no good. It seems like an easy thing to be able to do.
I appreciate the feedback. At least I can stop wasting time trying to figure out how to do it.
A quick work around to minimize the size of the view would be to "Crop" the view. We've all had this come up at one time or another, and cropping it is an easy way to deal with it. Also easy to delete if it turns out it is not a favorable solution for you.
