I have a stress concentration at a fixture. My entire model on composed of beams made via structural members and weldments. How can I remove this in order to get an accurate FOS plot? Mesh controls and increasing the amount of elements in the mesh have not helped.

I trying to determined the FOS of this frame and in order to due so I need to statically simulate a loading on the top of it in case of a roll over. So, in the real world, the bottom fixtures would not in fact be fixed.

Anyone have an input here? I know how to deal with these kind of stress concentrations in most solid models, but I have never run into it in beam loading with structural members.
