I added the $PARTNUMBER and custom description in my DT . and after routing the "User Specified Name" in the Configuration property is showing the part number I added in the DT. When I go to my BOM the custom description I add in my DT is showing but the Part No. is not showing the $PARTNUMBER. instead it is showing something like "3 in, Schedule40", "3 in, Schedule40, 1" , "3 in, Schedule40, 2" etc..
I do not know what I did incorrect! and at this time I couldn't find any solution other than renaming the Part numbers manually in my BOM.
