Convert to PDF task gives out of date geometry

    Scott Stuart

I've got a convert to PDF task, via the SWTaskAddIn, converting assembly drawings to PDF. The task often outputs files with out of date geometry. E.g. I revise a drawing and the new PDF will contain the rev B info in the title block, but the BOM, baloon numbers, and view geometry will still look like they did in rev A.

I realized the add-in and task were out of date, and upgraded them, but that didn't help. I even tried adding a Forcerebuild3() in the advanced scripting options, but that didn't help either.

      Any other ideas?

          Things to check:

          1. Are you using "As Built" or "Latest Versions" in the task?  (No, the useful option of "Latest Revisions" does not exist)

          2. On the Computer that is processing the task are there any locally cached files used in the assembly that are "writeable"?  EPDM task addin will not replace the version of a file in the local cache if an older version is writeable.
