I deleted a part from the assembly that I was working on and then my whole assembly disappeared.  I did a ctrl+z to unto my delete but it didnt do anything.

I then exited my asm without saving and now I cannot even open my assembly it comes up with and error.  This is a BIG problem since I have some time into this and don't want to have to start over...

I am using SW 2009.
