There has to be an easier way to make the angled extrusion in this part. The tubular extrusion should have a face that is normal to its side, instead of at an angle as I have it. I have spent considerable time trying to come up with an efficient way and have gotten nowhere.

The bottom circumference of outer end of the extrusion should be 1.73 inches from the face of the base. The "pipe" should have 90 degree corners at the outside end. Its from the books "Solidworks 2011 Tutorial" by David C. Planchard.
