Is there a keyboard key for part rotation in assembly?

I found the right click mouse rotation is not handy, and could often result in unintended erratic rotation of parts. If there is a key for that perhaps the behavior would be much more controlled?

BTW, in the context of this question I have already constrained the part to have a fixed axis of rotation and coincident to the front plane, so basically I am asking how a key could control the clockwise/counterclockwise constrained rotation of the part around the axis.
