Open files "Tabs" at the bottom of SolidWorks??

Why don't they put tabs on the bottom of SolidWorks to make switching between files easier. I know you can use Cascade or Tile windows to switch between files. But they take up too much space on the desktop. If there were tabs on the bottom, you could see all the files you have open instead of having highlight File then move over to Window and then select your file. This is just like the tabs on your internet browser where you have multiple pages open and can switch between them easily. It is just annoying to have to move the mouse so much.
