I've got quite a few sub assembly drawings for one piece of eqiupment.

I need to get all of the BOM's into excel so we can order components.  Some of the parts are shared between sub assemblies.

I could go into each sub assembly drawing and export the BOM to Excel, paste, them all into one Excel sheet, and total all of the quantities up using a pivot table.

Is there any easier way to accomplish this without going into every drawing?  Looking for something a bit more automated as this won't be the last time I have to do it.
