Simple Bend of Flat, Curved Profile

Hi all,

This is my first time posting here. I've been using SW for years, but can't figure out what I'm doing wrong with this bend. I'm using SW2012 SP2.

The below inage shows a flexible wire harness that I'm trying to bend into a square-ish shape. The harness needs to be bent or flattened depending on the configuration and that's why I made it a sheetmetal part. The problem lies in bending the traces.

When bending at a location where the trace direction is not perpendicular to the "Sketched Bend" (i.e. trace goes off at an angle or is curved), the bend on that trace does not occur. There are not errors, the bend just doesn't happen. However, the traces that are straight do bend. I've tried adjusting the k-factor, length of the sketch bend line, bend diameter, trace angle/curve, etc. It happens most of the time, but not all the time and I cannot find a way via the array of adjustments to reduce it to a single cause. Am I doing something wrong? Should I use a different feature to make the bends? Let me know if ya'll need additional info. or anything.

Thanks!!!

-Sam
