I have two different assembly which have maximum parts are common.
Only 3 parts in both assembly are changing.
I have created a drawing by using both the assembly.
I am not ablee to genetrate a common Bill of Material for both the assembly.
Can any one help me in this matter,

Create a new assy which contains both different assemblies.
No customer requirement is as I said.
I need two different assembly but a single drawing with a single BOM.
Create a new assembly with both of your assemblies, as Kelvin said. Insert a drawing view of this new assembly into your drawing. Create a BOM of this assembly in your drawing. Delete the drawing view. Your BOM will still be there.
Instead of deleting the view, just move it outside the sheet space.

I dislike moving drawing views outside the sheet unless it's really necessary because I want the sheet to fit my monitor when I hit the F key (or the right button on my 3d mouse, or double click my scroll wheel).
Glen, I have not tried, but is an orphan BOM updating if the model changes?

I just tried that and, surprisingly, it does indeed update.

you can also Hide a view - but only from right clicking on the view name in the tree.
