Hello, I am new to solidworks (only using for 2months) and I have found these forums very helpful so far.  I am not well versed in many areas of the program but I am hoping the following task can be achieved in a fairly simple manner.

Is there a way to take a flat, thin nameplate (0.03") with mounting holes and contour/wrap it around a cylindrical shaped part within the finally assembly?  We include the nameplate and the mounting screws on the BOM and we need the ability to use the same "stock" part number and mount this to several different diameter cylinders, flat surfaces, etc.  I have read through several similar posts but have had no success.  Any suggestions would be great.
