wait a sec...i have not installed graphic card...can this be a reson for this problem??? you can see window of editing scene which i have posted up...

If you don't have a graphics card installed that support RealView, then RealView won't show up as a choice in Brian's first picture and you probably won't be allowed to make some choices, such as Floor Reflections. Is that your problem?

Hello,
Try turning on your real view and shadows in shaded mode. Then go in to your edit scene and turn on your floor shadows, your floor reflection should now become useable.
