Does Solidworks need local administrator rights ?

I'm from the IT Department. The company doesn't allow local administror rights on the computers.

Since the computers were migrated to Windows 7 / 64 bits and Solidworks 2012 SP4, our collegues from the Technical Department cannot open multiple Solidworks sessions but only one.

We cannot allow them to have administrator rights...

Does somebody have an issue ?

Thanks in advance
