I'm hoping someone here has run into this and can share their experience. Background: Company was purchased, we are in the midst of converting to the parent company's IT.
We just started using Outlook webmail while our email data is physically transitioned to the new server. Unfortunately, the links in our PDM notifications no longer work. Instead we get "This link is disabled for your protection." Is there some setting in webmail or in PDM that I or my IT team can change to allow these links to work? We're going to be using this solution for at least a few weeks and the "workaround" of copying and pasting the folder path really doesn't cut it.
Anybody else using webmail or know of a way of preventing the disabling of the links?
