How would I you about doing the Hem on this part in Section A-A? Is there an option to make it go back on itself? I did it using the extrude command but I would like to do it using Sheet Metal commands. Below is a pic of the part and I have attached the model I made as well.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Sorry there is no function in the hem tool to wrap back like you show. You might want to add this as an enhancement request.
Put in a rolled hem for the first hem and leave it short as far as the angle.
Then add a flange to the end of that hem with the complementary angle so the tail ends up parallel to your initial flange.
can't be done with 1 hem feature.
the hem/knuckle angle dimension is missing in your jpeg.

This i what i figured had to be done. I would have to sketch it out to figure out the angle then I can do it no problem.

the approach i made assumes you encounter this scenario after the sheetmetal design is under way i.e. the base-flange has already been created.
the layout sketch has equations linked to it, so when you change the angle in the sketch, the hem and edge-flange will update automatically.
the layout sketch is not required.

Just in case there is no flat present between the 2 radii, here is another example.
This example also uses the correct R.15 instead of R.09 for the return flange.

I gave it a shot using sheet metal, then when to a sketched bend to have all the control I needed, or would have wanted if I was doing this part.
So basically it looks like it can not be done with just the Hem Feature. Every suggestion would work as far as I can see.

If you wanted to take the easy way out you could always do it as solid then convert it to sheet metal!!
