A dumb assembly question.

Let's say I am building a robot in Solidworks with legs.  Lets say the legs are mirror components of eachother (i.e.: each leg is symmetric of eachother).

Is it possible to build one leg as a part, then directly symmetricize it into another part?  The alternative would be make each leg as different parts, but then making the 2nd leg would involve me going back and forth between legs to make dimensions and curves exact, and that would take up a ton of time.

Thanks.
