I see errors like this in a regular basis in the server.log for our Workgroup PDM:
08/20/2012 08:59:25 | pdmwStatusManager::ExecuteGeneric() -- User has no access permissions at the selected status "PROTOTYPE" (85) |

It's not the end of the world, but I'd like to know what's causing this message to be logged. It comes in random spurts, but then it logs 20-30 lines over a minute and stops. Note that there's no actual user being specified on each line, and it's always this error. Anyone else have this issue? We're using 2010, but the log file hasn't been truncated in a LOOOONG time and I see the same error message from back in 2007.
have you reviewed your prototype lifecycle to verify all users have correct permissions?
