Part keeps oscillating

Hi All

I have a very simple motion study

I have one arm hanging vertically and rotating thru a hole in the arm

This allows it to pivot like a pendulum

I then hav a block that contacts the pendulum, rides over the block and when contact is broken pedulum just keeps swining back and forth

I have applied gravity

I have applied friction on the pendulum up to 1

but after every recalc it still keeps oscillating

Any ides
