Has anyone seen where a single cutlist item in a weldment splits into two seperate lines in the cutlist in the drawing? In my case, even the patterned body is showing up as a different item number.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't done anything extra to the body. It is a direct result of the pattern with no alterations made. As shown in the first pic, when the item is selected in the cutlist, it highlights all of the bodies that correlate to that particular group of items, and you can see that the two blocks are highlighted. Normally, it would group them seperately if they are two different line items. For some reason, when the cut list is generated in the drawing, it is seperating them.
Do they split in the cut-list before the pattern or after?
Not too sure what you mean by that. If I expand the cutlist in the features tree, all of the bodies are grouped under one item.
Here's what it shows in the Properties dialogue in the weldment model:
As you can see, they are grouped together here with a qty of 14. But for some reason, it's splitting them in the drawing when the cutlist is placed.
Do you have an as-welded configuration?
If so, check that the cut list is the same as the as-machined configuration?
HI there is option called "cutlist sorting option " if you right click on cultist. then you have to check collect identical bodies so identical bodies became 1 cutlist

Another gotcha is if one of the patterned items has a different material ??
If you do anything to a body that changes the geometry (even after it has been patterned) it will show as a seperate line. Solidworks is smart enough to know if the two bodies are identical though.
