Trouble importing STL files into SW 2010

Hello,

I am importing STL files downloaded from places like Thingaverse.com and others for use on a 3D printer.  I like to put together the assemblies together in SW 2010 first to make sure things fit okay and to make changes if needed.

Some parts convert and open just fine, but the majority of them wont open due to a "sharing violation".  I have turned off Trend Micro and still have the issue.  I have tried opening them in programs like Exchanger, BRL-CAD (lots of command line converters), Netfabb, Meshlab to open the STL's and resave it, but have had not success.

I have attached an STL that I cant open in SW 2010, but opens fine in all the other programs listed above.

Does anyone have an idea on what to try or hopefully solve this issue?

Thanks,

--Jim
