Routing Library manager stopped working

From past few days whenever I try to open routing library manger, iam getting a message showing "Routing library has sptopped working". Please help me out in solving this problem. Its very urgent. I am in the middle of a project.

i believe this was fixed in a service pack. update to sp4 if u havent yet

Alternativeley I think that if you turn off UAC it should work fine.
In your Windows start menu > type 'UAC' > and change to 'Never ask' and restart.

After this Routing Library Manager should hopefully work.
