I've got a drawing with a Top-level only BOM of my assembly on the first sheet.  The assembly consists of one sub-assembly and several parts.  On following sheets I want to show the components of the top-level assembly with corresponding balloons.  I know how to make the balloons on the part drawing views show the same balloon numbers as the BOM (RMB on the drawing view, Properties, "Link balloon text to specified table"), but when I do this for the sub-assembly I get the dreaded * in my balloon.  I know I can change the balloon to text, but I'd like it to be parametric.  Any ideas?
