solidwork 2012 fails to install

When I try to install it, it reaches about 1%, and then this error message comes up:

The executable file "E:\PreReqs\VCRedist\vcredist_x86.exe" /q:a /c:"msiexec /i vcredist.msi REBOOT=ReallySuppress /q" did not install succesfully.

Any ideas?

I got an error, didn't change anything, and just tried it again. 2nd time worked.
