New part file in Assembly

Hello All,

 

I was wondering how do I setup my assembly file so that when i create a new part it uses my custom file with all my define properties instead of the standard part file?

 

Please let me know if this does not make sense.

Correct Answer

Go to Tools/Options/System Options/Default Templates and select:

 

"Prompt user to select document template"
