I'm tyring to roll back the assembly, or drag the blue bar above parts, but it does not work in assemblies as in does in part mode.

I get the little hand to pick and drag the bar, but the bar snaps back down to the bottom of the tree.

I want to drage the bar abvoe the LEDs, assembly some other parts, then put the bar back at the bottom of the tree.

Is the little hand the only way to do this, and why is it not working for me?
