Been having a few stressful days with Solidworks by having a messaging displaying "connection was lost, there may of been a network failure"

Here at work, no-one is blaming the network, but even so, a split second loss has rippled and has rendered all my assemblies useless.

Please see pic below:

The Assembly has completely vanished into thin air AND without a feature tree or without any planes. 

This file seems corrupt, but still displays a thumbnail image of the part when inserting.

The file takes aggggeess to load. (So does the MAIN assembly in which all my sub-assemblies lie)

Other assemblies and other parts have disappeared, displaying mate errors ect

Has anyone else been experiencing these problems...?

Would this mean i would have to restart the whole assembly.. i've have replaced parts/assemblies, part by part, but still have disappearing files and/or errors.

Any help would be great.
