I am trying to save an animation of a simple exploded view.
No matter what I try, I cannot change the frame rate from the default value of 7.5 FPS. I put whatever value I like in the "Frames per second" text box, but the resulting animation is always 7.5 FPS. Anyone else have this issue?
I'm using the Microsoft codec, and I've tried taking the check out of the "Key Frame" box. I get the same behavior on two different machines, one 2012-SP2.0 and the other 2012-SP4.0.
My VAR is stumped (he says it works without issue on his machine).

I have the same problem with SW 2013, I reinstalled solidworks renaming the SW registry keys to SolidworksOLD before reinstalling but still the same, I also tried the same thing on another machine but same problem..Can anyone please confirm this is not a SW bug?
I feel saving as a video is more problematic and makes it more complicated to diagnose the eroor so when you export as series of bitmaps to see how many frames it exports for a second, can you confirm the same? ..lets say you selected 8 seconds for the animation to last, it still ends up sth between 62-66 pictures even if you change the fps from 7.5 to 25,30 or 50 fps.. Same for you? You can also tell the actual fps Solidworks getting by looking at how many times the screen stops to take screenshots in a second, for example even if I change the 7.5 to 25 or 30, it still stops to take screenshot about 7-8 times in a second.
I remember it was working before(number of pictures was increasing with the fps increase since we don't change the length of the video), but I am not quite sure on that..
