In the Design table can you hide/show bodies?

I know you can suppress and unsuppressed features in the design tables however I just want to hide bodies because with suppressing them you lose/break relationships.

Not sure with a design table but you can show/hide them (bodies) directly in the configuration i.e. you can set them to show/hide for specific configurations.

Another option is to use Display States to hide bodies.
