When we insert zip file(min-20mb) into pdm vault through bulk check in it shows error.

When we insert zip file(min-20mb) into pdm vault through bulk check in it shows error. & Failed But some files are insert if file size are max 5 to 10 mb.

It sounds like it may be a "time-out" error, possibly due to slow network speed.

  I agree with the timeout as the most likely cause. You could try a shutdown and rebuild of the vault. This will check and rebuild the file meta data and will often fix weird file errors like this.
