Hi all
i'm struggeling to create this part in sheetmetal for some reason it don't want to flatten. what is the easiest way creating this part?
I've attached a part but I want this as a sheetmetal part thickness doesn't matter, just want to find out how to create this sheetmetal part.

From what you have, the simplest way is to use the Insert Bends tool from the Sheet Metal toolbar.
Select a straight edge for the Fixed Face or Edge field.
for some reason that does not work, unless i'm selecting a wrong edge
Sorry, I didn't study your part enough. The way you created the cut created edges which are not normal to the diameter faces, and I believe that is preventing the part from being flattened.
