Rearrage the BOM columns/Rows

Ok, so I have a problem..

I need to rearrange the BOM in a different way then it automaticlly does.

Here's the original set up:

I need it to be like this instead:

The Length Column/Row will not have a value, just plane text, the Feet and inches will have (global) values below them. The whole table will be automated, and get values from Custom properties.

Please if anyone knows anything about this, please let me know.. I need to have this done

Note: I cannot use the Excel-based BOM table, I need to use the built in table.

(SW 2012 sp.3 64-bit)

Edit: Another question as well, is it possible to split a cell in to two separated cells?
