I received this assembly as STEP FILE, and want to modify the part. For example, I want to shift 2.38 diameter up 1". How can I do that?

The parts need to be included in the ZIP file to be able to open the assy, and modify any parts.

But to answer your question you will probably need to use the Move Face tool.

i am not able to open assembly make sure u zip the folder with assembly file and its component within or pack & go assembly in assembly mode

file>pack & Go check the save to zip folder
