I have two curved sheet metal parts with center holes that I would like to mate together, how do I do that? I've tried to create the mates, but they return error messages. I've also tried to add centerlines axis to the curved holes without success.

Do you get any axii for these features if you turn on "Temperay Axis" under the "View pulldown?
If you drilled the holes in the flat and bent them after, you are out of luck. The holes are no longer cylindrical. See my other post for the workaround.
Are you sure the surfaces are cylindrical. Also, are the holes' faces cylindrical?
