Hello All--

I am relatively new to solidworks weldments.  First of all, I am designing with T-slots (80-20) extrusion.  I could not find the 45-4545 cross-section online and created my own profile.  As I have been trimming the different corners, I have noticed an odd occurance.  The solver for the trim function seems to leave a residual plane. Has anyone had this problem before?  Anyone figured out how to solve this?
