I couldn't post the parts, Its says "The content type of this image is not allowed".
Maybe you could tell me what I need to do in general?
Use the Advanced Editor link in the top right of the dialog box to be able to post files.
I would also suggest going thru the SolidWorks Tutorials under Help. You will find an Assembly tutorial under Set 1.
To make your fan blades turn you will want to model them seperate from the shaft assembly. I think you need at least one more part file for just the blades.

As always there's a lot of great advice available here. In many cases you might try to change the properties of your fan motor/blade assembly to "flexible". That just might work in allowing the blades to turn. Of course I'm assuming that there is a defined center and axis for them to rotate on.
Can you post the parts/assembly (pack-and-go) to give us an idea of how to help you?
