    Expression in drawing

    Srinivas Setty

When we add a dimension in the sketch and rename the dimension, say to 'A' it shows up as A@Sketch1. The same appears in Design table and also in design table imported into drawing. How can we rename the expression and only see the name as 'A' in both design table and drawing?

the design table needs the @sketch1 so that it knows which dim it is - you can hide that row in the design table and add a row above it that has what ever label you want.

then in the drawing select the dim and use the "Override vale" checkbox to put in you label for the dim.
