Good afternoon!

We recently upgraded our workstations from SolidWorks 2011 SP5 to SolidWorks 2012 SP3. Several of our engineers are constantly getting the following prompt: “An auto-saved version of <file location> is available. Do you want to open the auto-saved version?”  (I have attached a screenshot.) This message appears at random times on several workstations even when SolidWorks has not crashed. Because this is a message that they have rarely seen, a few of the engineers are prone to hitting “yes” and wind up making major changes to older versions of files rather than making changes to the current version.

What might be causing the issue and/or, is there a way to disable the prompt?
