You should definetly work with the Control Logic. But there is a limitation currently.
You can show or hide the tab, but the fields are not hidden / shown along with the tab.

I did encounter this issue. I've managed to get the tabs to display based on the buttons, but the first tab is always unlocked/ editable initially. I'm not sure how the contorl logic will help unless I hide every variable individually and that seems arduous and doesn't seem to completely solve the problem.
I've also run accross an issue where, when selecting a radio button in a group that is attached to the same text variable, solidworks just quits. I suppose I am still a little lost on how radio buttons attached to one variable work or at least how to get the variable to fill with the selected radio button's text value.
