While QuickStart implementations, i deploy a basic EPDM structure. But Before this, I make a nice kick off meeting to draw my roadmap. After that i educate the admin. If the project runs clearly and every user can understand EPDM logic. I know i can make some developments, like new search cards or auto ECO documents, some reports or dispatches. But i want to know other implementations, for example what is your priority ? Admin training or deploying?
