I have SW 2011 and I cannot get PV360 to function properly. The Add-in is there and it will load, but there is no preview window and it won't render. When I click any functions on the PV360 toolbar nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here is a screenshot of a simple item that I am trying to render. I'm trying to keep it simple for now just to see if I can get it to render anything. But to no avail. This is the screen that I see when I select preview window or Final Render. I can schedule a render, but it won't actually render. I am using a macbook pro with an Intel i7 2.2 Ghz processor with 8 Gigs of ram.

Do you have PV360 windows hiding under your SW window? See attached...

This is the PV360 2010 external application. So, no, there is still no response from the integrated PV360 add-in within SW 2011. Also, I am using an education edition, but that should not affect the PV360 capability. I was just seeing if my 2010 PV360 application would work to ensure that there weren't any 3rd party security apps that were blocking the preview window from appearing.
