Force Analysis on a Eccentric component supported by two bearings.

I am trying to find the reaction force on two bearings supporting a shaft which has a eccentric which rotates a component eccentricaly .  My question here is i am able to solve the study and the no.s do match to my hand calculations but the results i see is that all the reaction force is only at one bearing and the other bearing shows zero force where else ideally you would have the total reaction force distributed between the two bearings . Has this something related to redundancy because i have two bearings and both have the same mates but just on the opposite sides. Has somebody else had the same problem when dealing with two bearings supporting a shaft with rotating mass .
