Does anyone have any tips on how to manage files that are in an ECO cycle? Once I have a file in the vault at the highest lifecycle status how can I manage it when it's in change? I have problems when userA has to hand off to userB, somehow old files get used and I have no idea how. Is it a user training issue or is there a setting I'm not seeing in Workgroup that could allow me to control this process better? Or is it a matter of upgrading to Enterprise and expanding my functions?

the user can have numerous copies of a document in local workspace (separated by folders).
the user must pull the latest document from vault and replace whatever he/she has in local workspace.
i don't think any pdm system can actively search local workspace (folders) to track/verify the versions of a particular document.
