    help with batch printing files

    bob switala

We are in the middle of changing over from XP 32bit to windows 7 64bit. We have 2012 sp2 installed everywhere. With our xp version we are able to use an old batch plot addin and it works great. Now our problem is how to batch print .slddrw from our network. I have messed around with the task scheduler and made a couple of batch print files that work great but they are saved on my local drive and won't let me save them to the network. So does that mean that everybody has to create their own batch files? Or can we all use the same print setup? In our folders on the network the files are in customer folders but not kit folders so it is hard to just grab the whole folder and batch print a couple kit files. I am looking for some advice on what is the best way to handle this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks,
