What is the easiest way to draw an emboss

The compnay I recently started working for makes custom spas out of welded stainless sheet. The concept drawings are submitted to the customer before detailed fab drawings are made. There is a 3.5"diam x .375 deep round emboss with a 2"thru hole that is used over and over on these designs. I know once the bodies are converted to sheet metal I could use a sheetmetal emboss. But at the concept level, the bodies have not yet been converted to SM. What would be the easiest way to keep creating this emboss? Most of the time it appears on a body that will become 14 ga thk sheetmetal once I start breaking it apart for construction.

Thanks for you suggestions.
