I am using SW2011 and I am unable to create the hem on the rolled edge and have the part create a flat pattern. There is a new feature in SW2012 that allows you to create a flange on a curved surface but I am not sure that extends to a hem. Maybe someone with SW2012 can let us know if it can be done with that version.

Attached is my sample part, once you upgrade take a look.
The "Swept Flange" Feature consists of a cut profile and a sweep path, however the trick in making this feature work with this part is to have one straight line, this line can be very, very small, I made it .01" however I think it could be smaller yet.

I think the problem comes from the flex feature. If I suppress the flex, I can get the flat pattern in SW2012.
YES BUT IT IS A SEMISOLUTION FOR THE PROBLEM.
